Some tips to keep in mind:

  • Be positive. Don’t make your stress, frustrations with finding product, or how inflation is eating into your profits the story. Reinforce that your team is prepped and ready to create beautiful floral gifts for all moms, regardless of timing or budget.
  • Show your expertise. The media loves trends, and you can provide them with key insights for the holiday.
  • Don’t wait for the media to call you. Invite your local to tag along on some Mother’s Day deliveries or visit the shop and see what it looks like in a busy flower shop leading up to Mother’s Day.
