3 Tips to Share with Customers for Administrative Professionals’ Week - safnow.org

Research shows that a gift of appreciation will naturally lift an employee’s mood, create a lasting memory, and boost productivity. Plus, giving flowers is a great way to build a strong, lasting professional relationship —more important than ever in today’s pandemic environment. The Society of American Florists has social media content to remind your customers of this research and encourage them to show appreciation for the hard-working, devoted administrative professionals in their lives this Administrative Professionals’ Week from April 18-25.

Share these three Administrative Professionals’ Week celebration tips with your customers:

  • Make the gifts personal. For example, if you’re ordering flowers, ask your florist to create an arrangement that fits the recipient’s personality. Is that person traditional? Outdoorsy? Dramatic?
  • Be specific. Tell the members of your support staff exactly what they did that you appreciate.
  • Include everyone on your team. Make this week a time to thank all of your support staff – from secretaries to assistants to junior managers – for their contributions.

Share these tips and research findings on your social media channels with SAF’s Administrative Professionals’ Week social media graphics. Utilize these resources to sell more flowers, for this year’s Administrative Professionals’ week!
