The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will host Regional Regulatory Reform Roundtables in Wyoming and Colorado during the week of August 6, and the agency would like to hear from you.
The purpose of the roundtables is for the SBA to listen to the concerns of business owners and others about the impact of federal regulations and how burdens associated with those regulations might be reduced.
The roundtables are part of a continuing series by SBA to carry out Executive Orders 13771Â & 13777Â issued by President Trump to provide small businesses with regulatory relief throughout government.
The information provided by roundtable participants will be used to inform agencies and Congress about regulations that could be modified or eliminated to help small businesses.
In July of 2017, SAF member Liza Roeser-Atwood, CEO of FiftyFlowers in Boise, Idaho, attended a similar meeting in her city.
The first roundtable will take place on Tuesday, August 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Casper East, 721 Granite Peak Drive in Casper, Wyoming. Click here for more information and to register.
